Responsible for.
• Should be willing to work from office or from home, immediately post onboarding • Review text submitted in English and complete the language translation to meet the quality parameters share by the client.
• Thoroughly check content with quality and accuracy • Escalating questions/issues regarding the process to the quality analyst or team lead.
• Your primary interaction is within your own team.
Quality and your direct supervisor • The decisions that you make impact not only on your own work but also has a direct impact on the client customer and are closely supervised • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team • This role requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts and week-offs if applicable.
• Understand and act in compliance with Accenture and its client policies and procedures on Data Protection Description of skills requirements, desired work experience, Educational background, special trainings, etc.
• Good Written and verbal communication (B2 and above) • Adaptable and flexible • Ability to learn quickly through self-study, classroom, and hands-on experience.
• Good Process-orientation • Commitment to quality • Able to navigate and use client or Accenture shared applications (web based or freeware) and the ability to use basic applications.
• Ability to effectively and efficiently complete difficult goals or assignments, The process of working through the details of a problem to find a solution.
• Ability to verbally engage with internal stakeholders to share opinions or information to convey meaning, share understanding, or promote action • The process of working through the details of a problem to find a solution • Demonstrate passion for delivering a positive customer experience, and maintain composure in difficult situations • Flexible to work in night shifts and rotational week offs Remote work with the availability of having to work in the Lisbon area after 3 months.
