We are seeking proposals for the development of a mobile application for iOS and Android platforms for a tour guide platform.
The platform should offer services similar to the tourism packages available on Airbnb.
The application should support both Arabic and English languages, catering to three types of users.

Objective.
The objective of the application is to provide a platform where tour guides can offer their services, users can book tours, and admins can manage the platform efficiently.
Key Features.

• Tour guides should receive notifications of bookings and be able to accept or reject them.
• Users should be able to review and rate tour guides.

Payment Gateway Integration.
• Integration with a secure payment gateway for processing tour payments.

Admin Panel.
• A comprehensive admin panel to manage users, tour guides, bookings, and payments.
• Ability to add/edit/delete tours and tour packages.

Multilingual Support.
• The application should support both Arabic and English languages, with the ability to switch between them.

Push Notifications.
• Push notifications for booking confirmations, updates, and promotions.
Technical Requirements.
