Field of responsibility.
• Call customers and potential customers to present products and offers; • Recommend products and services based on customers’ needs; • Take notes and record feedback; • Answer potential customers’ queries via phone or WhatsApp; • Deal with complaints or doubts regarding the service; • Meet company goals.
The role and required skills.
We are looking for a communicative, self-motivated Brazilian with a ‘can-do’ attitude who is keen on learning new things.
The position is based in our Porto office and is project work (defined duration contract).
Essential skills for the candidate.
Portuguese (Brazilian) speaker; Fluent in English, both spoken and written; Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales/customer service role; Excellent communication and presentation skills; Working knowledge of MS Office or similar; Availability to work during weekends; iGaming industry knowledge would be a plus.
