Technology Automation Engineer (RPA) - Lisbon (COMPANY NAME) Portugal is currently looking for a Technology Automation Engineer (RPA) to join one of the world's most prestigious and innovative companies in the luxury industry.

To leverage Lisbon's tech spirit and infuse it into its brand-new Tech Competence Centre, our Client is looking to reinforce its technical capabilities on state-of-the-art technology and respond to the growth of their business.
Their Lisbon teams will be an extension of its central Group Platforms teams and will be fully integrated in the core technology workforce.

Responsibilities Automation Project Implementation Help in defining RPA Automation projects streams and release plans with the stakeholders (Global Product Owners).
Manage Implementation scope, roadmap, cost, plan, risk and quality.
Develop new RPA Automation Processes on a Global Scope for Business Functions.
Demonstrated understanding and experience working in complex and distributed IT environments, applying security and development expertise involving both on premise and cloud-based solutions.
Deploy and scale automation Processes among Business Organization (Documentation/Training/Communication & Support).
Participate in deploying Awareness around Automation topics to Business Stakeholders.
Automation Architecture Support Support and participate in implementation/improvement of all Automation Platforms runs, in liaise with client deployment strategy (Lifecycle, IDP, chatbots, BPM…).
Implement new Reporting and KPI capabilities to follow and support Automation runs on various technologies..
Academic Background B.
c.
or MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
Skills & Experience +3 year experience in Intelligent Process Automation implementation, with proficiency in RPA UiPath Development (using standards like ReFramework, APIs usage and Libraries).
Implementation experience on Intelligent Document Process Platform would be a plus.
Hands on experience with technology concepts such as ERP (SAP), APIs, Git and Cloud App hosting.
Experience in Automation process design, improvement and documentation (SDD / PDD Definition).
Fluent English is required..
Desired Personal Skills Experience collaborating with diverse teams to deliver automation solutions.
Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with aligning automation initiatives with organizational goals Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong knowledge of agile and waterfall methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills Strong customer service oriented.
Ability to communicate with technical and functional teams in a multi-cultural environment.
