Your Mission * Review and update existing documentation to meet accessibility guidelines; * Edit and format technical content for improved readability and usability by users with various abilities; * Ensure that all documentation is compatible with assistive technologies, such as screen readers; * Collaborate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to ensure technical accuracy and clarity of the documentation; * Contribute to style guides and templates that align with accessibility best practices.
Your Profile * Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, English, Computer Science, or a related field; * Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts; * Fluent English and excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills; * 1+ year of proven experience in technical writing; * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams; * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail; * Experience with Madcap Flare; * Knowledge of accessibility principles in technical documentation.
* Experience with version control tools is a plus (e.
., Git).
