How to contribute to our vision The Onshore Product Integration team is reporting to the Head of the Platform.
Platform owns the end-to-end Product Lifecycle Management, provisioning product design and development of turbines, the Engineering Master Data (BoM) and Engineering Change Management (ECM).
For our Onshore Product Integration team, we are looking for an experienced Engineering Change Management (ECM PM), who will become part of our experts 5X Product Integration team.
By delegation from Platform and reporting to the 5X PIN Configuration Manager, Change Manager PM's main responsibilities are.
* Coordinating new and existing process implementation, engineering changes and documentation * Supporting and quality check through all ECM phases (from trigger to implementation) * Secure best change implementation strategies and plans for all modules, in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Compile Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI reports as necessary to communicate to peers and management.
What You Need To Make a Difference Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
Ideally a person with process knowledge combined with wind turbine technology experience.
Most important it to be able to act as a case owner and be able to find and fix issues by implementing the adequate solution.
* BSc or MSCs in Engineering.
* Experience working in a Document Management System (DMS)/Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system preferably Teamcenter.
* Experience in the wind industry, oil and gas, automotive or aeronautics for over 5 years.
PM certification is an advantage, but not mandatory.
Actual experience in the wind industry as PM is preferable.
* Significant experience in working with change management administration.
Additional Competences * Change management processes, six sigma and lean methodologies expertise.
* Knowledge in Microsoft tools, specifically in Power BI dashboard and reporting tools.
* A highly pragmatic, committed and resolutive person with experience in leading and managing multicultural and diverse teams, with a client, quality and delivery-determined orientation.
* Excellent driving and communication as well as capabilities for agreements facilitation, motivation to drive technical issues until their solution, pro-activeness and analytical and sharp logical thinking.
* Fluent in English both oral and in writing.
