We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture Team in Lisbon! Why to join our Team.

What will be your main responsibilities and duties.
Partnering with Hiring Managers to assess talent needs and provide expertise and guidance around hiring plan and strategy, driving the full end to end recruiting cycle; Making the candidate and hiring manager experience your top priorities; Sourcing candidates through databases and social media; Leading new projects and initiatives to improve the recruiting process; Managing relationships with Universities and schools; Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events; Enter employee job data in our HR system, organize and maintain personnel records; Create HR documents and maintain all general employment files.
Stay up to date regarding recruiting trends and best practices What you will bring to us.
At least 3 to 5 years' experience in talent acquisition/recruiter; High skilled in digital and social media; Excellent organizational and time management skills; Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload; Previous experience within hospitality; The candidate must hold the required authorization to work in an European country; Reading, writing and oral proficiency both in Portuguese and English.
