Position Overview.
As a SwedishSpeaking Customer Advisor you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our Swedishspeaking customers receive exceptional support and assistance.
Working closely with our diverse customer base youll have the opportunity to educate guide and assist customers in navigating our green energy solutions while providing topnotch service.
Responsibilities.
Provide friendly and professional customer support via phone email and chat channels addressing inquiries troubleshooting issues and resolving concerns.
Educate customers on our green energy products services and sustainability initiatives empowering them to make informed decisions.
Handle billing inquiries account management and technical support with efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and contribute to a positive team environment.
Requirements.
Fluency in Swedish (written and verbal) is essential with a minimum of B2 proficiency in English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customercentric approach to problemsolving.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
Prior experience in customer support or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Techsavvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems and software.
