Position Overview The newly graduate engineer will work on site packaging rationalization and sustainability projects Primary Responsibilities.
HBF Mindelo sites manufactures over 700 SKU, that are sold in 40 countries.
Overall spending in package materials is above 2,5M eur.
Key deliverables include.
Working closely with operations / sourcing and product management in identifying primary and secondary packaging rationalization opportunities.
Cost saving / technical feasibility Map and incorporate into the ERP system information on primary and secondary packaging used for material shipping to comply with legal requirements of the different countries to where finish product is exported.
Minimum Requirements.
Degree or master’s in mechanical engineering or industrial management Engineering Good level of English, both verbal and written An additional language, such as German, would be a plus.
