our MissionWe are looking for motivated Engineers with experience in Structural & FEA, to strengthen our teams, in the energy sector.
Your main activities.
oin a team responsible for the design of a wind turbine component.
You will be an innovator on the development of new calculation methods, generating the most creative solutions to meet design situations and fulfill the product and technology road maps.
erform FE simulations and assist in the development/optimization of designs methods and processes.
upport project scope definition, resources planning and technical risk mitigation in collaboration with the cross-functional project stakeholders to ensure progress in the projects.
nalyze complex data by combining large data sets.
erform object-oriented and scripted programming to analyze big data and complex FE problems.
ontribute to the product development milestone reviews.
rovide feedback and challenge design solutions to interfacing systems to optimize final product design.
nderstanding and specifying structural requirements.
onduct finite element analysis to ensure requirements.
esign and optimize product performance and reliability with simulation.
uild models and carry out analysis according to specifications.
evelopment of innovative structural solutions to improve the component performance, reliability, and cost.
Your Profile.
Sc/MSc/Ph.
.
within Mechanical or Aerospace engineering or similar.
inimum of 4 years of experience in structural design in the context of steel structures.
xperience in Structural analyses using FE tools.
killed in using Tools, such as.
Ansys WorkBench, Ansys Parametric Design Language (APDL).
xperience in FEA (Finite Element Analysis);.
xperience in Stress Engineering (is a plus)Profound knowledge of buckling, fatigue, welded and bolted connectionsExperience in diligently loaded structures designTechnical leadership & Project management skills are preferredAbility to work on multinational environment.
vailability to travel occasionally to different factories in different countries.
