Dans le cadre de notre engagement envers la communauté, nous envisageons la création d'un festival de l'emploi novateur, fusionnant recrutement et musique.
Le poste Accompagné(e) par Alice, la responsable de COM, Elrick, le responsable Portugal et Tania, consultante en recrutement.
Ton rôle sera de contribuer activement à l'organisation et à la réussite de notre festival de l'emploi.
Tu seras impliqué(e) dans divers aspects de la planification, de la promotion et de l'exécution de l'événement.
Responsabilités.
Recherche de lieu.
Identifier et négocier avec des lieux appropriés à Lisbonne pour accueillir notre festival, en tenant compte des besoins logistiques et de l'expérience des participants.
Partenariats.
Établir des partenariats avec des entreprises locales, institutions et organisations afin d'assurer le succès et la visibilité de l'événement.
Sélection de groupes musicaux.
Coordonner la recherche, la sélection et la gestion des groupes de musique qui se produiront pendant le festival, en alignant chaque groupe avec l'identité musicale des entreprises participantes.
Communication.
Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de communication efficaces, y compris la publicité, les affiches et les médias sociaux, pour promouvoir le festival et attirer un public diversifié.
Recrutement d'entreprises.
Identifier et contacter des entreprises intéressées à louer un stand lors du festival, en les aidant à présenter leur marque de manière créative.
Création d'activités.
Collaborer à la conception d'activités et d'expériences interactives pour les participants, afin d'assurer une expérience mémorable et engageante pendant le festival.
Votre profil Étudiant(e) en gestion d'événements, communication, marketing ou domaine similaire.
Passionné(e) par l'événementiel et la création d'expériences uniques.
Excellentes compétences en communication, organisation et gestion de projet.
Créativité et capacité à résoudre des problèmes de manière innovante.
Maîtrise du portugais et de l'anglais est un plus.
