SR. QA LEAD/ ARCHITECT

This role is hybrid and requires you to be in our downtown Toronto office 2-3 times per week - subject to change at any time.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
Need a strong Sr.
QA Lead with the following qualifications – • 10+ years of experience in testing complex AS400 projects.
Develop Test Strategy, Plan and Test Execution for large & complex projects • Experience with Automates Testing frameworks & tools • Contact center/IVR knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to work cohesively with testers and developers to produce nothing short of high-quality work in exciting high-profile projects to put quality products to market.
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum or waterfall development process.
• Demonstrable, practical hands-on experience with using HP ALM • Experience with writing simple or complex SQL queries for data validation Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
• Strong communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to resolve escalated issues effectively.
• Proven work experience in software quality assurance testing.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes • Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple competing priorities.
