he Grid Automation (GA) Senior Product Manager - Cybersecurity Services, has.
The mission to contribute to Grid Automation growth by building a competitive, and comprehensive global portfolio of Cybersecurity services.
An effective go-to-market strategy, while establishing a balanced strategy for the delivery of cybersecurity services ideally through GA internal resources, or selectively via our external technology partners.
ob DescriptionESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES.
wn the cybersecurity services strategy for Grid AutomationStay connected with the market dynamics, engage with GA customers to understand their cybersecurity services needs and translate them into new cybersecurity services requirements.
evelop differentiated cybersecurity global services offerings.
Manage 3rd-party partnerships with selective cybersecurity vendors to provide cybersecurity services to our customers and to expand the business reach.
evelop value propositions, market assessments, competitive analysis, business cases, requirement’s documents, and innovative business models for the cybersecurity services offerings.
nderstand competitors’ offerings, industry trends, customers’ behavior.
un detailed customer business model analysis, determine customers’ critical KPIs, and use data to develop competitive offerings.
romote the offerings with utility and industrial customers and sales organisations globally.
evelop, in collaboration with the regional commercial teams, the growth plans and offerings roadmap based on customer specific needs.
rive productive interactions with GA region teams, other GA Product Managers, R&D and product development, Technical Application Engineering, and Commercial teams.
evelop, coach, and mentor the regional cybersecurity delivery teams (customer engineers) to strengthen the overall technical and business capabilities.
evelop and conduct training on a variety of cybersecurity topics for the Regions and GA staff.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience.
usiness Administration degree would be an asset (e.
., MBA).
emonstrated experience in a leadership role.
n depth product management experience in OT cybersecurity – ideally services offerings.
emonstrated experience in the energy sector, especially in the industrial protection and control / automation, or service fields.
nowledge of many types of cybersecurity services and how to package them for customer consumption.
xperience working with a variety of different types of Channel Partners.
emonstrated experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems including user account management, security / system hardening & device control, and patch management.
amiliarity with LDAP, RADIUS, TLS, SSH, SFTP, RSA, HTTPS, NERC-CIP, NIST, IEC, IEC standards, cyber asset protection regulations and standards, and communication protocols like IEC, DNP, IEC – affecting the utilities industry.
xperience with threat modeling techniques and tools.
n excellent customer service mindset.
xperience with operating systems like Microsoft Windows, Linux, and VxWorks.
ood writing and oral communication skills.
xperience with Microsoft 365 applications (e.
., Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft SharePoint.
xperience with Box, OneDrive, Smartsheet, Adobe, Tableau, and SFDC.
illingness and the ability to participate in video meetings that occasionally happen early in the morning, or later in the evening.
