Funções.
Integrar a equipa de Client Operations, trabalhando com o cliente para apoiar os projetos e soluções durante todo o seu ciclo de vida; Apoiar na implementação e integração dos sistemas de informação; Conhecer o software implementado no cliente e o modelo de dados que o sustenta; Prestar serviços de manutenção, teste e suporte ao sistema de informação implementado no cliente; Monitorizar de forma proativa sistemas e aplicações – envolvendo priorização; investigação; análise, resolução e documentação de problemas, de acordo com SLA acordados com o cliente; Acompanhar utilizadores finais, para efeito de despiste técnico de anomalias e formação contínua.
Perfil.
Pensamento analítico e capacidade de adaptação a contextos tecnologicamente complexos; Autonomia, proatividade e gosto pelo trabalho em equipa; Orientação para a melhoria continua e criação de valor; Capacidade de planeamento e organização; Capacidade de decisão de forma independente e orientada à resolução dos problemas.
Competências.
Obrigatório Licenciatura na área de Engenharia Informática ou similar; Disponibilidade para deslocações a cliente (território nacional); Disponibilidade para regime de prevenção; Bons conhecimentos de Windows,.
ET e T-SQL; Bons conhecimentos em Inglês (falado e escrito).
Valorizamos Experiência na implementação e suporte a sistemas de informação em saúde; Conhecimento de bases de dados relacionais SQL Server – construção de queries e stored procedures; Experiência a desenvolver/trabalhar com APIs (REST, SOAP).
