Willing to work out of Bangalore in a hybrid model.

This role requires domain knowledge in Geomatics/GIS stream Where Primary responsibility would be serving as Subject Matter Expert on Geomatics Applications.
Job Role/ future duties and responsibilities • Serve as an expert on Geomatics applications (ArcGIS Application Suite, FME, Geographic Calculator, etc) • Collaborate with internal and external teams to support the applications • Service improvement suggestions and upscaling the team on Geomatics applications • Troubleshooting reported issues for Geomatics Applications and performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) • Member is expected to Fulfill Customer specific SLA’s and OLA’s • Member need to be flexible to work in Shifts on rotation Required qualifications to be successful in this role B.

Tech in Geoinformatics (GIS) Technologies required:/ Selected Skills • GIS domain knowledge • Good Communication Skills (Writing/Oral/Reading) • Experience in Geomatics applications like ArcGIS Suite of Applications/FME/Geographic calculator etc.
• Preferred experience to Ticketing Tool like ServiceNow/Jira preferred.
• Preferred experience to IT Skills like SQL/Oracle preferred.
• Preferred experience in Supporting Application is preferred.
• Upstream Application Knowledge is preferred.
