We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and we are a specialized consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems.

What are we looking for? Experience with Kubernetes; Experience with Cloud (Azure, AWS, or GCP); Experience in supporting/troubleshooting.
ET applications; Experience in infrastructure support/troubleshooting (Kubernetes) is mandatory; Experience in infrastructure support/troubleshooting (Virtual Machines) is nice to have; Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, Dynatrace); You should be familiar with level 1 support processes, such as incident management, response SLA’s, among others.
