About this opportunity:
• As a leader and Triumph Ambassador you will ensure an excellent customer service and a memorable experience in accordance with Triumph's Values by leveraging available resources and appropriate inventory
• Your team will be your biggest asset. You will build a highly inclusive and diverse team by undertaking all people management activities for in-store Sales Advisors including (but not limited to) annual appraisals, staffing, developing and inspiring your team
• Act as a Brand Ambassador for Triumph through leading by example, training and coaching the store team to deliver consistently high levels of customer service, and ensuring high levels of product knowledge in line with company standards
• As a top-tier leader, you will be driving sales opportunities in store to maximize profitable sales by analyzing store date and ensure the store KPI’s are delivered and where possible targets are exceeded.
What you bring:

• You are passionate about Fashion / Intimate Apparel
• Empowering leader with minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience
• You have successfully lead and inspire a team, have experience with employee relations and performance management activities (such as absence management, disciplinaries, grievances, appraisals).
• Successful track record for delivering sales results through structured store operations procedures and disciplines.
• You enjoy listening to and understanding customers, your communication skills help you cultivate deep relationships with your team and clients
• Skillful at planning store productivity and achieving Sales KPIs
• You are up to date with the Local Market, possess Retail Sales Acumen and knowledge about Intimate Apparel Products
• Proficient user with Point of Sales (POS) systems and/or Microsoft Tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Language requirements: English Fluent
• Contract Type (Hourly/Monthly): 40 Hours/ Week Temporary
