Manter um relacionamento próximo com os clientes e entender as suas necessidades.
Gerir incidentes e problemas para resolução rápida.
Identificar e implementar melhorias nos processos de serviço.
Produzir relatórios sobre desempenho dos serviços.
Liderar e desenvolver a equipa de suporte.
Requisitos.
Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência em gestão de serviços de IT.
Certificações como ITIL ou PMP são valorizadas.
Conhecimento sólido em gestão de aplicações.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicação, resolução de problemas e orientação para o cliente.
Experiência em liderança de equipas.
