Olá Técnico de Service Desk (m/f) !! Consideras-te comunicativo/a, proativo/a, dinâmico/a e motivado/a? Estamos mesmo à tua procura! A DTS está a recrutar um Técnico de Service Desk (m/f) para um cliente de referência no mercado de produtos tecnológicos, soluções e serviços.

h / h em turnos de 8h - Regime Híbrido O que procuramos em ti.
Capacidade para análise e diagnóstico de HW e SW; Boa capacidade comunicação; saber fazer as perguntas certas e manter calma certa no discurso; Capacidade de trabalhar em equipa; Orientação para o cliente; Entendimento e cumprimento de SLA's; Capacidade para seguir processos e/ou procedimentos pré-definidos; Capacidade de adaptação; Bons conhecimentos plataformas Windows (workstation e server) e aplicativos Microsoft; Conhecimentos de manutenção de Active Directory Conhecimentos de redes TCP/IP Conhecimentos Office365 Valoriza-se experiência de service desk, de ferramentas ITSM e conhecimentos de ITIL; Oferecemos.
