Service Delivery Manager (m/f) – Hybrid (Lisbon) What do you need to have.
Hard Skills.
The mission of the Service Delivery Manager is to ensure a high quality of services for worldwide entities.
He/She is the single point of contact for local IT team, concerning solution provided and infrastructure topics.
He/She coordinates incidents and demands management for our scope of solutions.
Experience of working in an Agile Scrum team or similar; Experience of capturing requirements (user stories) and documenting in detail in Jira (or equivalent); Experience of management of ticketing solution (Servicenow will be great); ITIL skills; Excellent analytical skills; Proficient in written and oral English; French is a plus; product/service development experience; If necessary, the candidate needs to be available to travel at least 3 to 4 days a month.
