YOUR ROLEAs a Senior System Engineer specializing in Nokia NetAct, you will lead the installation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of NetAct systems.
You will provide technical guidance to junior engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and play a key role in ensuring the stability and performance of our network infrastructure.
ystem Design and Implementation; Design and implement Nokia NetAct systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company requirements.
dvanced Troubleshooting; Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues, providing expert advice and support to junior engineers and other stakeholders.
erformance Optimization; Analyze system performance and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
roject Management; Manage projects related to NetAct installations, upgrades, and migrations, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful completion.
ocumentation and Best Practices; Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and best practices, and ensure that junior engineers adhere to these standards.
lient Relations; Serve as a technical point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance and addressing technical concerns.
eam Leadership; Mentor and train junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
ompliance and Security; Ensure that all systems comply with company policies, industry standards, and security protocols to protect sensitive data and maintain system integrity.
OUR PROFILEBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
A Master's degree is a plus.
+ years of experience in system engineering with a focus on Nokia NetAct or similar network management systems.
eep knowledge of telecommunications technologies, network protocols, and systems architecture.
trong expertise in Linux/Unix operating systems and scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Perl.
xcellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to handle complex technical issues.
trong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
elevant certifications (e.
., Nokia Certified NetAct Administrator, CCNP, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
