SENIOR QA ENGINEER

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing test plans and test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of Guidewire software products.
Design and implement test cases for the reimplementation project, ensuring thorough quality assurance.
Handle bug fixes and change requests as part of the team.
Seek clarification from business analysts or developers when requirements or documentation are incomplete.
Write detailed reproduction steps and communicate effectively with team members.
Conduct testing beyond written instructions, exploring potential issues outside of identified bugs.
Consider business context during testing, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Display a passion for problem-solving and a proactive approach to identifying issues.
Qualifications Technical Requirements (Must Have).
1+ year experience in Manual and UI Testing.
Proven track record in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Development roles.
Experience in designing and implementing test cases.
Technical Requirements (Good to Have).
Experience in Application Monitoring / Application Development function / Production Support API testing & Performance testing Agile Experience Guidewire Soft Skills Requirements.
Proficient in effective communication.
Demonstrates thorough testing practices, exploring beyond the apparent issues to uncover potential complexities.
Considers the broader business context while conducting tests.
Enjoys the challenge of identifying and resolving problems.
