SENIOR PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

With a vision to reach approximately 800+ iDealers within the next 2–3 years and inspire a high-performance culture, we’re committed to enhancing our performance management practices.
We are looking for a Senior Performance Management Specialist remotely in Portugal or Poland.
In this role, you will build close partnerships with business leaders globally and work on seamless execution and continuous improvement of our performance management practices.
Your expertise in working with KPIs and a passion for challenging the status quo will be instrumental in driving high performance and measuring its business impact as we scale.
Collaborating closely with iDealers across EMEA, APAC, LATAM and USA, you will report to the Head of Talent Development.
What You Will Do Continuously monitor, evaluate and improve the performance management system to drive clarity on expectations, improve business impact measurement and inspire high performance Train and coach managers to drive high performance Own the suite of tools used for performance and OKR management What We Look For Deep expertise in performance management (3+ years), including all components of the annual performance management cycle and performance measurement (KPIs) Demonstrated thought leadership, staying abreast of performance management trends to advise business leaders strategically Exceptional communication skills to partner with global business leaders Proficiency in English (C1) Proficiency in Google Suite/MS Office Nice To Have Previous experience working with the OKR framework Previous experience at a high-growth SaaS company What We Offer We highly value our people, so we will provide you with all the resources and support you need to succeed.
