SENIOR DATA ENGINEER (GOOGLE CLOUD PLATFORM)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Google Cloud Platform Engineers  to join our team.
The GCP Consultant will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the design, implementation, and optimization of Google Cloud solutions.
You'll bring a deep understanding of GCP services and architecture and strong communication skills, as the GCP Consultant will collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored cloud solutions to meet their needs.

Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and technical requirements Design and architect GCP solutions based on best practices and client needs Implement GCP services and features according to project requirements Provide technical guidance and support to clients throughout the project lifecycle Conduct assessments and reviews of existing GCP environments, identifying areas for improvement and optimization Develop migration strategies and execute cloud migration projects from on-premises or other cloud platforms to GCP Configure and deploy infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or Deployment Manager Automate deployment and management tasks using Google Cloud services and tools Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to GCP services and infrastructure Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in GCP and cloud technologies, and share knowledge with team members and clients For this specific job we need people with.
Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing GCP solutions, including infrastructure, networking, security, and data services In-depth knowledge of GCP services such as Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, and IAM Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles, including scalability, reliability, and performance optimization Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Deployment Manager, or Google Cloud Deployment Manager Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and containerization Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Google Cloud certification(s) such as Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Data Engineer, or Associate Cloud Engineer is a plus Fluent in French (nice-to-have) Fluent in English Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or having a work permit for Portugal   What we offer at Keyrus Portugal.
