Project Overview.
The successful candidate will spearhead the integration of ChatGPT-4 to personalize user interactions, streamline the discovery process, and provide real-time support and insights.
This AI will access user profile fields, such as email and company information, to tailor interactions and suggestions, ensuring a highly personalized user experience.
Key Features to Implement.
Personalized Filter Guidance.
Utilize AI to assist users in navigating the filter section more effectively, suggesting dynamic ways to search for influencers based on user-specific data and previous search behaviors.
Real-Time Support and Knowledge Base Access.
Equip the AI to handle support queries by directing users to relevant knowledge base articles or providing direct answers, enhancing user satisfaction and engagement.
Interactive Onboarding Experience.
