- Workflow automation, focused on invoice management - Implementing a system for financial data reconciliation and dynamic reporting - Drafting advanced Excel tasks Primary Features.
- The automation process should include data extraction and reconciliation functionalities.
Ideal Skills.
- Extensive experience using Power Automate - Solid grasp of SAP and Financial Data - Advanced Excel skills - Previous involvement in invoice management systems - Strong knowledge of data extraction and reconciliation mechanisms Scope of Work.
SAP Automation.
Utilize Microsoft Power Automate Desktop RPA to automate tasks within SAP ERP, including data filtering, extraction, and report generation.
Integrate Power Automate with SAP using no-code solutions for seamless data transfer.
Financial Data Reconciliation.
- Automate data retrieval from external financial systems like SBI e-VFS, Pine Labs, and CC Avenue.
- Develop processes to reconcile data between SAP and these external systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Implement logic for data manipulation and rounding off discrepancies based on specific criteria.
Reporting.
- Generate reports in Excel format, including settlement reports and customized data analysis reports.
- Utilize VLOOKUP formulas and other Excel functionalities to automate data processing and presentation.
Required Skills.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Automate Desktop RPA and SAP integration.
Experience with financial data reconciliation and reporting.
Proficiency in Excel and data manipulation techniques.
Ability to understand and implement business logic for data processing.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
