SALESFORCE SERVICE BUSINESS ANALYST (M/F/D)

Introduction – About the role The Salesforce Service Business Analyst would be responsible for understanding Service Management processes within the customer organization and subsequently map them into Salesforce solution.
This role will be responsible to bring in best practices of functional design across different Salesforce Clouds & domains.

Scoping of Service process, detailing of scope into user stories and creation of product backlog.
Execute Show & tell sessions during the project execution.
Create training content and deliver Train the Trainer training.
Perform QA of functionality during sprints and different project phases.
Mandatory Skills Expertise in SalesForce.
om with relevant experience in Servicemax, Field Services Lightning (FSL).
Experienced working in Service processes for the Manufacturing domain.
Well versed in SFDC configuration and customization.
Ability to interact with technical and functional staff at all levels.
Participate in business drawing Processes with respect to SFDC functionality.
Participate in Stakeholder Meetings Lead the design of the To-Be Solution Architecture of target SFDC application implementation.
Monitor and track project metrics and provide status updates to Key Stakeholders Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills Desirable Skills Must be creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques.
Self-Starter who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
