Position Overview.
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with expertise in the automotive, aerospace, and aviation sectors to expand our client portfolio and drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully acquiring new B2B clients through various sales channels, including conferences, thought leadership, LinkedIn, and other networking opportunities.
This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of industry trends to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Responsibilities.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target and acquire new clients within the automotive, aerospace, and aviation markets.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers, within target organizations.
Utilize a variety of sales channels, including conferences, industry events, thought leadership initiatives, LinkedIn, and other networking platforms, to generate leads and engage prospects.
Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to develop compelling sales collateral, presentations, and proposals tailored to target industries and client needs.
Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals on a consistent basis, while effectively managing sales pipelines and forecasts.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance, pipeline progress, and market insights.
Requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
X years of experience in sales roles within the automotive, aerospace, or aviation industries, with a proven track record of success in acquiring new B2B clients.
Deep understanding of industry dynamics, market trends, and customer needs within the automotive, aerospace, and aviation sectors.
Strong network of contacts and relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target industries.
Demonstrated ability to leverage multiple sales channels, including conferences, thought leadership, LinkedIn, and other networking platforms, to generate leads and close deals.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and value propositions to clients.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and prioritize business opportunities effectively.
Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Fluency in German and English (Both Written and Speaking) Benefits.
