REVENUE & PRICING MANAGER (M/F/D)

We're looking for a motivated and driven Revenue & Pricing Manager (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.
Your Tasks - Paint the world green * You will analyze Brazilian market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor pricing to determine optimal pricing strategies for products and services.
* You will use a data-driven approach, market trends, and operational insights to forecast revenues for different routes and services.
* You will be working on the optimization of routes/relations by analyzing ridership patterns and demand for different routes.
* You will work closely with other departments such as network planning and business development teams to align revenue management strategies with overall business goals and objectives.
* You will build strong relationships with stakeholders.
* You will work independently under the guidance of the Commercial Market Leads and make suggestions for solving problems.
* You will be working on various projects to reach department goals.
* You will proactively communicate about performance towards different cross-functional teams within the organisation.
Your Profile - Ready to hop on board * 2 years of experience on Revenue Manager role.
* Degree in Business Administration, Informatics, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
* Fluent level of English.
* Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
* Ability to think strategically and develop innovative revenue management strategies aligned with organizational goals and market dynamics.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing market conditions and business priorities.
Nice to have.
* Experience in the transportation industry, particularly in bus or mobility services.
* Experience working with Brazilian market.
* Fluent level of Portuguese.
