Reviews the process/guidelines for Resource Demand planning, Resource allocation & movements.
Ensures that all the required tools are set-up to meet the needs of resource planning, allocation & movements, utilization & efficiency, resource costs and to generate required reports.
Prepare and baseline report formats & frequency Resource Demand planning – works with labor strategy team and delivery teams.
Resource allocation & movement/rotation Works with Talent Acquisition and Delivery teams for internal and external resource fulfillment as per the plan Generate required reports on resource planning, utilization/efficiency, movements/rotation, resource cost etc., CGI is an equal opportunity employer.
