The team provides service to the priority clients of a well-known sports betting operator in Brazil, guiding them through the entire betting journey.
We place our operators and their players at the heart of everything we do and, in doing so, ensure every query and issue is dealt with appropriately.
Job Description Your influential mission.
You will… Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
Analyze customers’ profiles to ensure the appropriate management of the brand-to-customer relationship.
Proactively contact priority customers to build and maintain long-lasting relationships.
Work on building relationships with clients in order to provide custom treatment to high-value customers on an exceptional level.
Go the extra mile to engage customers and put in extra effort to maintain the relationship with priority customers.
Contact priority customers to obtain information and documentation in accordance with our regulatory requirements.
Welcome newly upgraded customers to build relationships and thus provide exceptional customer service care.
Use a personalized approach toward priority customers.

Are a fluent Portuguese speaker.
Have experience in online customer support.
Understand the online gambling industry.
Possess relationship management skills.
