As the Regional Employer Branding and Sourcing Team Manager, you will develop and execute a comprehensive talent attraction, employer branding / recruitment marketing and sourcing strategy for the region.
You will be responsible for leading, managing and coaching a team of co-located Senior Talent Researchers and Employer Branding / Recruitment marketing specialists ensuring global standards, processes, systems, technology and innovations are adopted, fully embedded and cascaded within aligned Region and geographies.
Accountabilities.
Your role will involve developing regional talent strategies, leading a team of researchers and employer brand specialists, utilizing data analytics, promoting diversity and inclusion, ensuring compliance and process optimization, managing partner relationships, leading global projects/initiatives, and building and establishing the team.
You will also be responsible for external partnership development and candidate relationship management.
Are you ready to take on this challenge? Essential Skills/Experience.
* Deep knowledge / expertise in Talent Acquisition / Attraction and Employer Branding and/or Sourcing * Excellent knowledge of digital and social platforms for recruiting / branding * Experienced in direct search methodologies (i.
LinkedIn, ATS, CRM) and other recruitment tools to identify and engage with top talent.
* Experience in managing, leading and inspiring a direct team as well as matrix team and working globally.
* Strong communicator and influencer with excellent collaborator management skills * Proven track record in using data to drive decision making.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills (Business language.
English) * Inquisitive, Curious personality enjoys learning and discovery.
* Detail oriented and comfortable with analysing and presenting data.
* Tenacity and resilience * Delivery focused.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Proactive approach in addressing obstacles/barriers.
* Teammate - Collaborative style of working, sharing successes with wider team.
* Proactively explore and integrate emerging technologies to enhance our digital capabilities.

Desirable Skills/Experience.
* Pharma industry knowledge and experience preferred.
* Capability of building credibility with candidates at all levels * Educated to degree level.
* Experience of attracting and sourcing candidates internationally within/for a large global matrix organisation * Multilingual would be advantageous to support a global marketplace.
* Research/Mapping experience gained within an executive search environment/function is highly desirable.
* Strong Project and change management experience * Strong recruitment and candidate sourcing experience within a similar fast-paced environment * Demonstrable experience of research/mapping for executive level recruitment.
Producing content/lists that detail company structure, department hierarchy and key individuals.
