Regional Data Specialist - Continental Europe What can you expect? An exciting newly-created opportunity has become available to join MMB's Continental Europe team.
Reporting to the Regional Placement Leader, you will be part of a regional team and collaborate with Senior Leadership to provide data insights into ongoing regional transformation and transition projects.
This role will see you managing all data across MMB Placement, identifying potential of maximizing revenue improvement opportunities, and contributing to the overall strategy for data management.

* Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across MMB organizational units in the Europe region to analyze, identify, and provide insights for key projects (for example.
Regional Placement Action Plan, yield improvement initiatives); * Perform countries Placement portfolio assessments, provide data analysis and business insights (example.
Portfolio analysis by product line, by client segment, by carrier, maximize yield management, carrier agreements, etc.); * Generate and identify data driven opportunities for the MMB business (example.
Leverage existing facilities penetration ratio, achieve commission uplift across the regional portfolio, opportunities for new Placement facilities, opportunities for carrier agreements, drive portfolio profitability, etc.); * Build and maintain strong relationships with regional underwriters and operational levels of engagement with the Insurance market to maximize support for MMB initiatives; * Generate carriers' data driven opportunities for MMB (example.
European markets GWP data analysis by carrier (by product line), commission analysis, leverage Insurer business opportunities across the region, etc.); * Support data Regional and Global projects and Data Governance topics; * Investigate and present results of ad hoc data analysis requests; * Lead the interpretation of data analysis and present findings in front of Senior Leadership Management.
What you need to have.
* A qualification in Economics, Engineering, Math, Law, Management, IT, Data or a relevant field; * 2+ years of experience in data management; * Insurance industry placement relevant experience; * Analytical thinking skills; * Demonstrated ability to drive conclusions from various business data and present them in front of Senior Leadership; * Proficient in data visualisations, data governance and data inventory; * Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint); * Strong attention to detail and accuracy for both numerical and written work; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to interact across all levels of the organization; * English language proficiency; * What makes you stand out.
