s a Quality Engineer within our new cable business unit, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring adherence to company Quality and Customer-specific standards.
You will be responsible for analyzing quality, implementing improvement plans, and serving as a liaison between the plant and customers to address quality-related issues.
This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality across all aspects of production.
mplement and train all areas on company Quality and Customer-specific standards and Key Indicators.
evelop and implement improvement plans and monitor their effectiveness.
onduct problem-solving activities and improvement groups based on FTQ (First Time Quality) results and customer complaints.
ct as the primary point of contact between the plant and customers or Customer Service Engineers (CSE) regarding quality issues.
oordinate and monitor Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) submissions and provide documentation to customers.
articipate in the execution of Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and Control Plans, ensuring accurate documentation and record-keeping.
anage all shop-floor Quality activities related to products and services within the plant.
oordinate correction and prevention activities for problems in products and processes, including those of company suppliers and partners.
acilitate communication between shifts to share "lessons learned" and ensure their implementation.
upervise Quality activities related to the process and product, ensuring compliance with rules and procedures related to Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS).
our Background .
olymerous or Chemistry Degree with a proven experience in the automotive industry preferably in the manufacturing of coopers.
trong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and quality tools such as PPAP, Ishikawa, 5S, Pareto, Control plan \uetcExcellent communication in English and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
etail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.
bility to work under pressure and to prioritize tasks.
amiliarity with EHS regulations and their application in a manufacturing setting.
