Responsibilities - your mission * Learning development and deployment support * Quality Competence Management (mapping & monitoring, launch continuous improvement actions & decommission when needed) * Analysis of Quality learning Catalogue vs Quality Competence catalogue (ensure coherency & connections, LPAD update) * Lead the Quality Academy communication activity (newsletters, gsite, …) * Quality Learning catalogue efficiency analysis, maintenance & decommissioning of no longer needed trainings * Curriculum formalisation in MyPulse * Training development in support to Q Academy topic leader * Quality Authorisation (QA) * QA catalogue management (QA creation/modification/follow up) * QA Quality manager access management (nominative list update) * Predefined requirements (PDR) catalogue follow up & update Requirements - our ideal candidate will have * Basic understanding of Quality * Curiosity for learning and development * Digital and innovation skills and mindset * Good communication skills * Fluent in English * Stakeholder Management * Self motivation and autonomy * Positive mindset and living it * Capacity and willingness to work in a team * Emotional intelligence * Willingness and readiness to travel as part of the normal duties Benefits - what's in it for you * Diverse career opportunities within (COMPANY NAME) European core countries or in other regions around the world.
