Commensurate with experience Job Description We have an open position for a Quality Assurance (m/f) for a company based in Lisbon.

What benefits can you expect? * Attractive salary and benefits package What tasks does this role include? * Ensure the correct operation, usage support and parameterization of backup software; * Regularly listen to the level of satisfaction and collect proposals for improving new developments; * Continuously identify opportunities to increase productivity, especially through process automation; * Identify opportunities to improve reservation software, based on needs identified among users; * Manage and produce documentation to support operational incidents, new implementations and developments and the relationship with software houses.
What will you bring to the role? * Key user of digital systems and platforms in the field of Tourism; * Continuous management of a large number of stakeholders; * Ability to communicate at all levels of management; * Initiative and autonomy; * Ability to analyze and manage information; * Degree or university attendance; * Fluency in English and other languages (plus), namely Spanish.
