Ensure continuous supply of all necessary inventory levels and manage inventory efficiently.
Manage the purchasing budget in collaboration with the Procurement Manager.
Request and receive quotes for supplies.
Approve purchasing invoices.
Execute and manage the total purchasing cycle from purchase orders to invoicing (except raw materials).
Effectively communicate supply chain information for TLG stakeholders.
Negotiate long term supplier agreements and where necessary review and renegotiate supply and purchasing agreements with suppliers (except raw materials) in collaboration with the Procurement Manager.
Maintain and develop vendor relationships communicate and enforce quality requirements.
Participate in inventory processes.
Requirements.
Bachelor degree in procurement logistics supply chain management or a related field an asset.
2 4 years experience in a similar role in the construction industry Some previous knowledge of construction materials.
Good communication skills in English and Portuguese required (speak read and write).
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong and effective negotiations skills.
Proven organizational and time management skills.
Ability to analyze complex situations and solve problems; demonstrated ability to make sound decisions.
Ability to multitasking adapt and take initiative.
High tolerance for a fast pace working environment and ability to effectively manage stress.
Proficient with MS Office suite (Word Excel & PowerPoint etc.).
Ability to maintain constant communication and collaborate with stakeholders (e.
