Has the Mission to manage site QA/QC activities done by internal organization and by subcontractors Duties and Responsibilities.
- Ensures implementation on the Project of all the software related to the Construction Management System (CMS) both commercial and home made - Coordinate the site quality team, participating to the selection of its personnel - Support site project team with respect to all quality issues relevant to Client requirements and/or any other part involved - Provide to Project Quality Manager quality information and data to be included in project reporting - Verify suitability of subcontractor quality system against contracts/work requisition requirements cooperating with Project Quality Manager - Organize and carry out presentations for induction purposes relevant to site Quality issues as deemed necessary - Implement effectively at site the non-conformity management system - Assure that the special processes as welding, non-destructive examination, painting, etc., are managed in respect of contract requirements and standards - Cooperate with Project Quality Manager for planning, executing and reporting site quality audits - Verify that all inspections and tests required by the contracts are carried out, recorded and witnessed by all the involved parties as necessary - Ensure proper preparation and review of Subcontractor’s final quality dossier as part of the Overall Final Documentation - Ensure that all incoming project materials are inspected and that all storage and preservation requirements are respected - Provide all necessary assistance and information for Test packs or Take Over packages management - Support Construction and Commissioning for the punch list management - Reports to.
Head of Quality (functional) - Project Manager (hierarchical) Work Experience Requirements - Having 10 years of practical experience in construction.
- Having 5 years of experience in Quality Control - Having 3 years of experience as Quality Control Coordinator Soft Skills and Competencies.
- Must be a team player with leadership, motivation and technical skills.
- Computer literate with experience in using Microsoft Outlook, and common software applications - Able to read, write and speak in English Educational Requirements.
- Laurea Triennale (as well Higher National Diploma).
Certification.
- IRCA (or equivalent) Internal Auditor Certification.
Other Specific Requirements.
