- 9 months internship (starts on September , ends on June ) - Full time position (40 hours per week) - EUR monthly + meal allowance + transportation allowance Responsibilities - your mission Project Management team.
* Support the Project manager in his responsibilities to achieve the project goal (reporting, timeline management, follow up on open actions, etc) * Identification of risk and opportunities and escalating to the project manager * Follow the project timeline/KPIs and set up follow up actions/meetings on the open topics to meet project deadline * Support efficient communication and stakeholder management * Understand project synergies and support with continuous improvement ideas Operational Excellence team.
* You will be part of a Team of Transition Experts supporting transfer of responsibilities from Other Countries / Functions to the (COMPANY NAME) GBS, from Preparation to Stabilization * Collaborate in setting the drumbeat of Transition Activities * Monitor transition throughout entire lifecycle * Ensure recurring reports to Management Team and different Stakeholders * Participate in the identification and implementation of Continuous Improvement opportunities Requirements - our ideal candidate will have * Recent graduates, bachelor students (from the 2nd year onwards) and mastering students; * Relevant degree for the area * Attention to detail and accuracy; * Integrity; * Effective communication skills, both oral and written * Ability to work with all organizational level, stakeholder management * Language.
