PROJECT HSE TRAINING COORDINATOR - GERMANY

The mission is to perform the training courses according to the matrix to all the staff working in the assigned project, carrying out the suitable and sufficient checks in order to ascertain the attendees’ knowledge.
Duties and Responsibilities.
The Resource shall.
- Develop and prepare HSE orientation, induction and other specific training programs for Project work force in accordance with approved training matrix; - Conduct internal awareness trainings as required; - Implement a competency assessment process in order to verify the learning and the capability to safely carry out the activities each worker is assigned; - Maintain the training matrix updated with a database identifying all trainee’s names; - Ensure that a final test proving the acquired knowledge / awareness of the trainee and the training effectiveness is in place; - Ensure that the HSE Inspectors monitor the effectiveness of the training at site and conduct the coaching as necessary.
- Provide the Project HSE Manager with training information, hours, and a feedback on the training effectiveness.
- He will also coordinate with the Project HSE Manager and HR Department any requirement for external training, which should be done by an approved Training Centre / Organization.
Work Experience and education requirements.
- The Resource should have internationally recognised qualification in HSE Management (BSC, NEBOSH or equivalent) preferably with an engineering background.
- The Resource should be aware of the relevant HSE norms such as ISO - The Resource should be aware of the best International practices/STD (e.

iOGP, OSHA, BS/AS/NZ) - The job holder should have at least 5 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry Soft Skills and Competencies.
- Fluent Level of Business English Language (C2 Level or equivalent) - Familiarity with business computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) - Good verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills - Very good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to create a friendly working environment Send your detailed CV, or contact us
