About the role We are looking for a Project Assistant with the main mission of providing essential support to the project team helping to facilitate efficient project execution and successful outcomes.
This role will centralize a few common administrative logistics and project related activities.
As a part of your job you will.
Documentation.
assist in creating and maintaining project documentation such as project plans status reports and presentations Communication.
facilitate the contact with and for project stakeholders both internal and external and help disseminate information to team members as needed.
Interact with Service Delivery and Project Managers Coordination.
assist in coordinating various project activities such as arranging travel for team members (with alignment with our internal travel guidelines and teams) coordinating equipment or resource needs and ensuring deadlines are met.
Also coordinate management events.
Administrative support.
guaranteeing monthly timesheet for client (JIRA) Analyses and Continuous Improvement.
produce KPIs and analyses on those metrics and identify improvements.
What are we looking for English communication (writing and speaking) Microsoft Office (powerpoint excel email sharepoint and word) Familiar with Atlassian tools (JIRA Confluence) Diplomacy empathy and good communication skills to engage with team members but also client if needed Enjoy working as a team supporting others Be proactive and organized selfmotivated confident and responsible Demonstrates a commitment to quality and service Excellent written skills adapting formal and informal communication according to stakeholder Flexible in approach showing initiative and interest to support adhoc tasks Knowledge about Celfocus Business and Communication Processes is a plus Personal traits.
Ability to adapt to different contexts teams and Clients Teamwork skills but also sense of autonomy Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included Willingness to collaborate with other players Strong communication skills We want people who like to roll up their sleeves and open their minds.
