Are you one of them? Join us!  Your mission will be… * Responsible for the accurate implementation of new features in a Project Management and Controlling tool used worldwide across Smart Infrastructure.
* Work closely with relevant stakeholders, with Product Managers and Subject Matter Experts * You take over requirement tickets from the Product Management and backlog into development planning and coordinate the technical implementation of requirements with the development teams.
* You maintain the product backlog with priorities defined by product management and clarify requirements in detail with all involved stakeholders.
* You work closely with the development teams to ensure that requirements are clearly understood and efficiently implemented.
Resolve bottlenecks or conflicts to help the team progress.
* You communicate with all relevant stakeholders to ensure that the product goals and requirements are understood and met.
* Participates in sprint planning and sprint review meetings and team meetings.
* Sets up and maintains product risk management, consider quality attributes such as usability, security, safety, regulatory and legal aspects among others.
* Continuously monitor the product's performance, including user satisfaction, adoption metrics, to identify areas for optimization and enhancement.
* Works closely with the team to clearly communicate customer needs; helps and motivates the team to understand them by presenting and explaining the product backlog items.
We are looking for someone with… * IT background as a Product Owner or Project Manager on IT projects * Proven professional experience as a Product Owner, ideally in an agile environment.
* Excellent organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment.
* Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and comprehensibly.
* Solid understanding of technologies and platforms relevant to software platforms, as well as the ability to grasp technical concepts and communicate effectively with development teams.
* Experience with Microsoft technologies.
* Business-fluent in English language (speaking and writing) is mandatory.
