Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência em trabalho sob metodologia agile Experiencia de ferramentas de desenvolvimento ágil (JIRA e Confluence) Experiencia de metodologias ágeis (Scrum e Kanban) Experiência de trabalho com equipes multifuncionais para atingir um objetivo comum Experiência prévia com identificação e levantamento de requisitos para projetos Experiência em projetos digitais voltados para cliente final Habilidades analíticas e de resolução de problemas Experiência prévia no setor financeiro (preferencial) Boa compreensão da língua inglesa necessária, o espanhol é uma vantagem.
