What's in it for you The Product Owner maximises value by delivering the product vision and defining the epics and user stories to work on, owning, defining and prioritising the product backlog of the squad and accepting deliverables at the end of each sprint.
he Product Owner represents the business stakeholders and is the voice of the customer guiding an individual squad for a particular business purpose.

What you'll do Definethe product vision and coordinatewith the Tribe Lead and other Product Owners; Focusthe team on delivering business value in regular increments; Developthe scope of the MVP, taking into account the constraints and the life cycle of the client; Responsible for defining and tracking Objective Key Results (OKRs) and KPIs as part of the quarterly business reviews (QBR) process; Usedata to develop and define user stories / items and acceptance criteria from the feature and capability roadmap; Contributeto the squad with relevant product knowledge in the development of tasks; Prioritizeinitiatives to achieve business objectives and continuously grooms the backlog to keep it up to date; Participatein the sprint planning to reaffirm priorities and clarify requirements; Approvethe final release plan and accepts all deliverables against defined user stories and acceptance criteria; Engagestakeholders and senior leaders regularly on all aspect of the product; Definethe skills and capabilities required for the proper operation of new squads together with the Tribe Lead, the Tech Co Lead and the Chapter Leads.
Who you are Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field.
High business qualification is highly desirable.
Strong Professional experience (minimum 5 years’ experience) with a strong track record of driving customer sales and revenue growth.
Preferably with proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
Knowledge of Telco industry is also valuated.
In-depth knowledge of ecommerce platforms, online sales processes, and customer journey optimization, with a focus on driving conversions and sales.
Good understanding of chatbot technology, conversational user interfaces, and natural language processing (NLP) concepts.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making, leveraging sales data and metrics.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively influence and align cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Highly energetic, with a 'can-do’ attitude and a desire to self-develop.
