Position Description.
CGI is looking for a Product Owner to join our team.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
• We’re seeking to complement and reinforce the existing teams in the areas of IT risk management, cybersecurity and the fight against digital fraud.
• Within IT Group, Informatics Directorate of the client, the Cybersecurity & Digital Fraud (CDF) Department's mission aims to structure, strengthen and harmonize IT risk management and cybersecurity and.
o defining the vision and strategy for IT risk management and cybersecurity, and ensuring the implementation of this strategy within the Group’s operating entities; o monitoring the security of the Group's information systems; o steering the IT Continuity and Resilience strategy and methodological framework.
• The evolving Cyberthreats landscape increases the security risk of financial sector that leads the client to strengthen its Cybersecurity maturity, IT risk management and Operation Resilience.
• Within IT Group Cybersecurity & Digital Fraud (CDF) department, you will be part of the extended team in Portugal, specifically in the Global Services team.
Our team will be located both in Paris and Lisbon, and has 2 main objectives.
• Execute the IT Group CDF Xshore program  Build Group-wide international set-ups to increase CDF capabilities.
This includes to support closely and onboard all the CDF teams involved in the Xshore program.
• Deploy new Cybersecurity services (or leverage existing services) dedicated to the entities of the client.
Main Responsibilities.
• Contribute to the design and deployment of the CDF cybersecurity services in the client • Promote and market the new services • Report the CDF services quality facing to the service level agreements defined and contribute to the deployment of a quality dashboard • Contribute to the reporting required at CDF level (monthly steering committee) and by Central Sourcing teams (project card, risks…).
• Contribute to the CDF initiatives management up to Go live as per defined process, governance and methodology Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
Technical skills.
• General knowledge on IT topics or IT Risk and Cyber Security • Project management • ICT Risk Knowledge & outsourcing awareness • Excel, Powerpoint • Development experience with standard technical language is a plus.
/ Collaborative tools such as MS Sharepoint or Jira is a plus.
• English (Mandatory) - Mastery • French - Notions Soft skills.
• Ability to lead a meeting, seminar, committee, seminar; • Ability to establish and activate networks; Ability to understand defined Governance and Methodology, to elaborate transversal process.
