About the role.
Join the Electrophysiology Global Marketing team and play a key role in delivering world-class customer experiences as we launch a full suite of transformational medical technology to serve patients with Atrial Fibrillation.
Boston Scientific is looking for a high-performing, self-driven Product Manager to support ongoing Electrophysiology (EP)/Access Solutions (AS) product launch and sustaining efforts.
This role will work closely with the broader EP/AS Marketing teams, various cross-functional partners, the US sales team and key physicians.
This role requires a high degree of collaboration, strategic thinking, attention to detail, a flexible mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
This person will have high visibility within the organization and with customers, and must be able to communicate professionally and effectively.
This is a hybrid work mode based out of our Arden Hills, MN facility with the expectation of being on-site 2-3 days per week.
Your responsibilities will include.
Execute RF ablation/AS product launch cadence, contribute to product design, create launch packets, and execute launch/commercialization processes in manner consistent with supporting brand strategy and key messages.
Help develop and maintain business plans to ensure accurate planning and address changing needs.
Collaborate with supply chain team to accurately forecast product needs in the US market.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape.
Lead EP/AS product discussions with customers at Innovation Center visits and tradeshows.
Utilize customer segmentation and product-positioning models to formulate and execute effective messaging, concept marketing techniques and channel management.
Support key opinion leader relationships and advisory boards.
Steer EP portfolio optimization efforts, by identifying low running products, gathering customer/field/contracting insights, and effectively communicating to sales/customers about future end of life products.
Develop and leverage relationships key cross-functional and domestic sales teams.
Appropriately utilize BSC systems (Tableau/SalesForce) and processes to execute product development and management.
Required qualifications.
Bachelor’s degree Minimum 3 years of successful related business experience in the EP medical device Marketing or Sales field Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and partner with internal/external stakeholders Strong communication skills with experience simplifying complex clinical and technical topics Strong winning/competitive spirit Proficiency with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on data-driven decision making Ability to travel up to 20% Preferred qualifications.
EP mapping experience Structural Heart segment experience Product Management experience with single use medical devices  Strong clinical acumen in EP or related field     Requisition ID.
