IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL Gather the necessary requirements for the implementation of capabilities Develop and bring the product to market by aligning overall business capabilities and objectives Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for the product Analyse customer needs, identifying market trends, and evaluating competitor products, contributing as subject matter expert Define individual features that contribute to the overall product strategy by determining the target market and developing a go-to-market strategy Develop product roadmaps and be responsible for specific features within the roadmap Lead and collaborating with stakeholders and teams to achieve overall capability goals Ensure the product aligns with long-term business objectives Ownand overseeing product development, monitoring sales and customer feedback, and making adjustments to the product over time based on continuous feedback Lead the alignment of the product with broader business objectives and ensuring the product contributes to achieving MBAG goals and strategy TO SUCCEED YOU NEED Strong sense of accountability and ownership Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Understanding of technical concepts Strong analytical skills Ability to work independently in a result-oriented way and collaboratively with stakeholders to prioritise the product development while making trade-offs between decisions transparent Experience working with digital products and technical teams To motivate and inspire a cross-functional team in incremental and validated growth YOU WILL BE HAPPY WITH Open source software No top-down hierarchy.
