Job Overview Tasks.
Execute product designs to meet customer requirements until industrialization.
Lead product engineering for development and sustaining projects, adhering to Automotive standards.
Ensure compliance with environmental restrictions during design and changes.
Collaborate cross-functionally during product development.
Create 3D models and 2D production drawings, applying ISO GPS tolerancing.
Conduct design reviews and D-FMEAs with project teams.
Define testing plans for qualification.
Support product improvements and modifications.
Assist in analyzing process and quality issues.
Provide timely support to internal and external customers.
Expectations.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
1+ year experience in Automotive or similar industry.
Experience with electric vehicle components preferred.
Knowledge of copper alloy materials for terminals.
Proficiency in advanced 3D CAD Software (CREO, Pro E, Catia, NX).
Ability in geometrical tolerancing and tolerance calculations.
Analytical thinking and effective problem-solving skills.
Collaboration in cross-functional project teams.
Strong communication and technical English skills.
