We create, mature and maintain technical documentation on work processes in Manufacturing from design prototype to zero series production.
Responsibilities Facilitate the Agile/Scrum/Kanban process for multiple software development teams, ensuring adherence to principles, practices, and ceremonies Support the team resolve conflicts and provide a collaborative and productive work environment Responsible for promoting continuous improvement within the team by facilitating Sprint Retrospectives and supporting the team identify and implement improvements to their process Monitor and track project progress, using agile project management tools and metrics to ensure timely delivery and meet quality standards Create and maintain technical documentation, securing information to fulfill and support on the PWI and PII creation Validate PWI up against master data to ensure correctness Align the deliveries with the MBP request according to the stage (TRs) Create Control Plans Support Documentation Leads Qualifications A minimum 4 years of experience in the production industry.
If with technical background on wind turbines 3 year of experience High proficiency in the EN language (both in writing and orally) Experience in Mechanical / electrical / composites (master's degree) Competencies Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a development environment In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban Mastering technical input from technical drawing; Process Plans; control Plans and transform it to easy-to-understand procedural instructions What we offer We offer an exciting job with great opportunities for you to set your footprint in a future key area for Vestas.
