Our stores are distinguished by the unique and personalized service in which the access and exhibition of the pieces promote the cult of the Clock, the Art of Watchmaking, Jewelery and Bijouterie, satisfying the needs of our Customers.
Function.
Personalized customer service; Responsible for maintaining the image (personal and store); Provide technical assistance service; Customer Relationship Management; Tasks inherent to store management and maintenance.
Ideal Profile.
Minimum qualifications at the level of the 12 grade; Good computer skills from the user’s perspective; Experience in personalized service, in the Premium segment (minimum 2 to 3 years); Goal Orientation; Taste for teamwork; Availability for rotating schedules; Knowledge of English or other languages will be valued; Dynamism, pro-activity, friendliness and empathy.
